When contacting support

Include your macOS version.
Describe the document type you were trying to open, such as PDF, EPUB, DOCX, Markdown, HTML, JSON, CSV, or CBZ.
Describe what happened and what you expected to happen.
If possible, include a screenshot of the issue. Do not send sensitive documents unless you intentionally choose to share them.
